Hello hello hello there rebel souls welcome back to another episode. I am being very intentional about this particular podcast because I want this to be an episode where you're able to come back and listen over and over and over again and remind yourself that you are enough already and this is something that I see so much not only in my own life but with my clients and my friends is that we are on this journey to be all that we can be and there is this challenge of feeling like we're enough right now. Now this episode was actually inspired by one of my clients. And if you're one of our clients, you're probably like wait, is it me? Is it me and I actually talked to this client and told her I was going to record a podcast episode inspired by her so if I didn't talk to you, it was not you. But it still is for you. Okay, this is for I'm recording this for every single one of my clients. I'm recording this for me. I'm recording this for you because it is what is needed so badly. Okay. So I was on a coaching call with my brilliant client and she was passionately telling me about her vision, right. She was making an analogy for how she sees the work that she does with clients, right? And she's making this big analogy and she's so passionate. And at the end, she's just like, and I just feel lost, right? She just feels lost in her journey. And she can't see where she's at. And I look at her after she tells me you know her story and I look at her and I'm like you don't even see you don't even see that you're already that person. You can't even see because you're so stuck in the confusion and you're so stuck. You're looking at the reality that you can't even see the brilliance that you are and I want you right now in this moment to close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths and to recognize that who you are in this very moment right now is enough. It's enough to inspire people. It's enough to help people. It's enough. Right and if you and this has been me too, right if you feel like oh, everything will be perfect or it will feel easier will be different when I dot dot dot right either when I get the certification when I have a coach when I take the program when I have clients when I'm making money, right? There's always this all be ready when and what I really want to help you guys do in this particular episode is align your power to who you are right now. If you're listening to this episode, there's one thing that I know about you and that you're on a journey to become the person that you were meant to be. You have a big dream. You have a big, big vision. You're here to do some epic shit in this world. And it's beautiful to be driven by this vision. But it can also be extremely painful in the process of becoming this person. One of my mentors used to say that we are climbing a mountain with no peak. Right we're just gonna keep on going. There's no people just warming up and down. And it's just so true, right? Like, once we hit a goal of life and we get there. There's always going to be these next goals that we set for ourselves. And when we are on the journey to getting our goal, there's different perspectives that we can be taking, right so we can be looking forward and looking at where we're not yet and feeling a lack and putting so much pressure on paper. When we get there. We're gonna feel another we're gonna feel a certain way and that's generally what's happening in our businesses that's really keeping us stuck. But you can also turn back and look at how far you've come and really appreciate where you are right now. And that's really what this journey has been and what I've really especially in the last year you guys especially since selling all my things and traveling and and taking out all my comforts. What I have realized is that we have to enjoy the journey now. It's not going to be more you're gonna be more happier or better in the future, but rather right now and when we can learn how to really align our power with where we are right now. With the offers that were creeping. It can end up being very powerful in our business and setting us up so that we feel like we can help people right now. Right and I get honest with yourself right like, are you holding back? Are you holding back from showing up or doing anything because you don't feel enough right now or you don't feel ready? If that is you just know that this is just about shifting your perspective. Shifting your power and putting your power with where you're at right now. One of the most, I think powerful things that I have done for myself for that I really have understood in specially in the last few months as I have been taking a bunch of clients through my hell yes offer is that when we don't feel enough right now. It shows up in our businesses and it shows up in our offers. And what I see people doing is that I see people picking niches or creating offers based off of where they want to be or where they think they are versus where they are right now. Right so they ended up over extending themselves right so when you don't feel enough right now, like right like you're just you showing up to a coaching call or you showing up to a session with a with a client if you're a healer or creative anything if you feel like you have to add on all you have tell me if you guys have ever done this right where it's like, you have an offer, and then you feel like well, people aren't gonna buy this I need to make this even better. And so you're like, Oh, I'm gonna create all these videos. I'm gonna create all these workbooks and you end up creating all this stuff. That you could feel like this offer is enough. When you know that you're enough right now, you don't feel like you have to overextend yourself or over deliver I mean if you want to over deliver but over deliver from this place of not feeling enough right now. When you know you're good enough right now, then you're not trying to overcompensate or overstretch and I see this so often with people with their offers, right? Where they're like, well, people what they really want is they want the life fulfillment, so I'm going to sell them the life fulfillment, but yet they don't have it themselves. And so they are constantly trying to prove that they're good enough to then work with these clients, right? So if you're feeling overstretched in your offer, or you're feeling like you're not able to get your clients results, it could be because you are not aligned with your power in your offer. And that's really what I'm going to talk about because one piece of the puzzle is just doing the mindset work and doing the embodiment work to feel enough in your body. But there's actually things you can do in your business to really align your offers and how you show up so that it feels really easy. Okay, so specially in the transformation or world there. I think that people aren't really understanding that there are different phases that we go through. So what I teach and this is what I teach in my effortless sales and with my one on one clients is that there's different phase that we're in. So there's information versus transformation versus embodiment. Now, let me explain each of these different levels for you. Okay, so if you are a coach, if you're a healer, if you're a creative and your job is to help people, I guess, you know, transform or get some kind of some kind of results. It's important to understand where you're at in these levels and who you're selling to and who you're talking to. So, information is when you buy a course right? So it's just information that you're taking in so it could be a podcast, this podcast is information. It could be a book, it could be a course it could be a variety of things where you're just learning new information. Now, learning information is important in in the whole process, okay, because you need to have new information to help you see things differently. And with new information, you can actually create a breakthrough where you're like, oh, wait, I get this I see things differently. But when you're in the information stage, you just know it on the kind of a surface level right? This is why when you have you guys ever like read a book or taken a course and then you don't have the results yet. It's like you go back to like the old habits that you know the information. That's where people are staying stuck in the information stage. Now the next stage is transformation and that's when you take the information, and then you go when you take action. And really what the transformation stage looks like, is a lot of failures, right? So it looks like maybe taking one step forward, one step back, three steps forward, two steps back because you're then taking the information that you learned and how you actually can truly say you learn it is then you take that information and you apply it and it's through actions, that you create new emotions that then create experiences in your body so that you then can say that you are it right so you have to go through this transformation stage because you're then like really integrating the information, right? You're taking the information and you're just not making it info but you're creating experiences through it. So the transformation stage is so important because most people they just take the information and then they don't take any action right so people are in each stage and it's good to know that like if you're in the transformation stage, it's gonna look messy, right. And there are some people and some coaches and healers that they're you're just in the in the information stage giving people information and that's your specialty. And then there's people in other people that are helping people go through the transformation. So we right so it looks like couple chain or it looks like the big groups, right? So they're you're taking the information and you're helping them go deeper. Now, the last stage is the embodiment stage, which is you know, the information you've gone and you've done a lot of trial and errors and now as a result of that, you know what to be true and you are embodying it, so it just automatic, right? So let's just use for example, I'm dieting, right? So somebody who wants to lose weight and I don't even know why No, is that the word dieting because I freaking hate that word. But if somebody wants to lose weight, they go out there like hey, I'm gonna get an info, I'm gonna get some information about how to eat better. But the information alone doesn't change, right? They might still be having their old habits. Then they go and they start trying and they make small little changes, but it's not perfect, right? How many times have you tried to make a change in your food plan and then you go back to your old ways that's the transformation stage where it feels really messy. Versus when somebody's in the embodiment stage. It's there, they've probably have the weight loss, right? Because they've taken the information they've taken the steps and now they're in a place where it's just effortlessly easy, right? They are it. They don't have to think about it. It's just who they are. So, I tell you this because what is so important is for you to understand where you personally are in these stages, and who you're selling to. Right so we need coaches healers, or creatives in every single one of these categories, because there are clients and every single one of these categories. So the most important thing that you can do is just get honest with yourself of where you're at. It doesn't mean anything about you but if you are trying to say you're a weight loss coach, but yet you're still struggling with your own weight loss and you're trying to sell from this place that Oh, I are easily have these results, then it's gonna feel like out of integrity and really, really hard to sell. So let me give you an example for me. So back in the day, I was a binge eating coach, and I was still struggling with my own journey. And at one point, I went I was marketing. I was marketing from this place of like, oh, have it all figured out. Come work with me and everything but behind the scenes I was binging still, and it felt really icky. And so the days that I was like not doing well, it was hard for me to show up and sell because they felt really out of integrity with what I was doing. When I realized I was doing this I then decided like Wait, why am I pretending I have it all figured out. Why don't I tell people that I'm still in my transformation stage. I'm still figuring it out as well. And I started selling it from Hey, I don't have it figured out but let me tell tell you, I know exactly how to get out of this and I'm doing it right now. So if you want to come and do it with me, then let's do it. And that actually worked and then it felt easy. And then I was like sharing real time and then when I would have like a slip up I would share about it because I wasn't in shame because I wasn't pretending to be this person. I wasn't right. So get honest with yourself of where you're at. And what I want you guys to know is that there are people in every thing single stage and there are people who are willing to pay money at every price point in every single stage. So if you think that you need to be in the embodiment or you need to be in the transformation so that you could be making money and helping clients. Then you're you're stretching yourself and then the sleeves you're not feeling enough constantly so why are you even bring this up and teach us is because when you guys can just get honest and create an offer from where you actually are, then it feels easy to sell. And once again there's people at every single stage so when you just need to be a few steps ahead of your people only need to be a couple of steps ahead and then you can sell to them. So get honest with yourself. What stage are you in with your results? Are Have you are you just is it just information where you know about it, but you're just trying to get the information out there to people and this could look like basically even maybe you're a new coach healer or creative and you're just sharing other people's stuff. That could be really inspiring because somebody might want to come to you even if you're just sharing information, but because you went and you read and you were selective and you're sharing all the right things people might find that super valuable. Right so I did that when I first started I wasn't making my own quotes. I was just sharing other people's things. Then with the transformation and I share that with you guys. I with my binge eating, I brought people along with me. Okay, so let me give you an example. I'm gonna use my my own business now to kind of take this even deeper with you guys. Okay, and give you a couple of examples because I really want you to see how just shifting how you see yourself and the results that you already have will make it so easy and making enough right now. So when I first decided to become a sales coach, I was a little bit like we I feel like an impostor, right? Like who am I to do this? I'm just starting. And so at first I thought that was like well, I most people want to make $100,000 So I don't feel comfortable even though I had already made $100,000 one time. I didn't feel embodied, right I was still really in that transformation stage of like trying to figure it out. So when I first started sales, I just started by being an expert at constant calls because I was the embodiment of that before in the interim of becoming a sales coach, and while I was being a binge eating coach, I was working for other coaches and selling their high ticket offers on constant calls. And so I had done at that point over 400 concept calls and closed close to a half a million dollars in business. So it was so easy for me to be like Hey, are you struggling with your console calls like anybody I can help anybody. I was so good at it. So I started with something really small, right? Instead of being like, I'm gonna teach you how to do all sell sales. I just started with one little piece. Then from there when I got really comfortable with actually signing my own clients. Then I started saying like, and then I actually created a program around this called effortless sales and it's really like how to sell how to sign full line one on one clients on repeat. And I actually to me now when I think about signing clients, like they know the exact formula, there's no worries, it's like it feels like on repeat, and that's what I teach in there because I actually know it and I know now how to help people sign one on one clients so they can get to $100,000. And I feel really confident about that because now I've made multiple six figures, and I just it feels like no brainer when I want to sign clients. I know exactly what to do. And I know I can teach it to other people. But I'm not out there now. So I'm like let me help you get to a million right so we think that we need to beat that. We need to be already there like we need to be at the end because people want to buy the the sexy results of like the filament the million dollars, but people a lot people are at every little stage right and they need to find somebody where That's where they are at. And so when we are not showing up feeling like we're enough right now because we're overextending ourselves. Not only is that a disservice to us because it feels like crap, but we're not able to really be a match for the people out there that need us that are at the right place for us. So understanding where you're at, and be able to create an offer. That is an extension of what you've embodied is so important because it gives you your power now, it makes you feel enough now it makes you feel like oh yeah, I can help you because I know how to do this very easily. And really what I'm talking about here, I suppose this is just taking your Zona genius and being really honest with yourself of like, hey, what am I doing that is so easy to me that other people want to pay me right and so for example, going back to me and my sales, I didn't how I actually became a sales coach is by accident, like I actually, at that point hated sales. And that's not true. I have a love hate relationship with sales. And because I was just so naturally good at it. And I was really good at doing constant calls. People just kept on coming to me being like, can you do this? Can we do this for me? And I was like wait a second, there's something here and so we have to look at the things that just come so easy to us that we don't even think about it. Right and that's it's such a big deal for other people. So part of the work that we have to do is really being cleaning this these gifts of ours, right cleaning these Zona genius that make us unique and that no one else can do but us. Once you can take your zone of genius, take your soul gifts, get honest with yourself where you're at in the process, then you can create an offer that is literally an accurate representation of who you are. And when you're able to do that then it feels so easy to sell. And that's really what I've been doing for myself and for my clients is helping them make offers that are a no brainer for both of them and their sole clients. And actually because of my understanding of taking people through this, I actually in the last week went back to my offer that I have right now hell yes offers and have realigned it myself because I was like, You know what I want to play with this and really push the limits of how easy I can make something feel the sound. So I went back and I changed I made it even more simple. I was like what, in the beginning, there was a couple of different problems I was solving and I decided that I was going to focus just on one, get so clear on that one result which is just the clarity and being excited and being aligned to your offer and being able to show up and tell people because you are so aligned to it. And then I took that and actually lowered the price and did all of these things to make it so it was like oh my gosh, this is so fun to sell so I just I'm telling you guys this because it's okay to go back. This is your permission to go back to your offers and tweak them and change them and it doesn't matter, right? No, no one cares. In fact, what people care is that you can help them get results and the more clear you are the results that you get in that you embody it and know that you can help them it's actually going to make you want to show up and actually talk about it and it's going to help more people because you're going to get in front of more people. Right so this feeling like you're enough right now starts with your belief. But really where it shows up is in your offer. If your offer is not aligned to where you're at right now. You can feel not enough right? And so going back and just being really honest with yourself is the first step but I'm going to give you guys some takeaways now. Actually before I do that, I want to draw one more little thing okay, and it's what else what else happens? Right so not only does it not feel like you're enough that's what that's how it shows up to you right where you're like wait, I don't feel enough right now because I don't have the clients I want. I'm not getting the results I want. And another thing that is really going on behind the scene is something that's called energetic protection. Right? That's the whole reason why we're talking about all of this is because we can't go so we can go to another person's page that has a very successful business and go to their sales page and paste and copy their sales page and go out there and sell does that exact same problem, like program like basically recreate somebody else's program and sell it. Technically you can do that. But because you didn't create it and you're not the embodiment of it. There's something called energetic protection where the universe is going to protect people, a lot of people coming in buying you because it's out of integrity, right? It's out of energetic protection. So the more that we can align ourselves to our truth and who we've already become. We are going to become a clear channel for the right clients. Because we're integrity with it because we just are it because we are showing up the person that we are right now. And that's really what I want you guys to say where it doesn't matter where you are in your journey. Wherever you are is enough own that own what you already done to get to this point because that is so valuable that it can change lives. It can help people you are inspiring and inspiring people right now. From where you're at. So here's the takeaways for today's episode, right So realizing that you're enough right now period. Then really getting honest with yourself. Where what what stage are you in? Right are you what information are you in transformation? Are you in embodiment? And knowing that there are people in each of those stages that want to help you want to get help? Then after realizing where you're at, then looking at your offer and seeing if the results of your offer match where you're at and if not then realigning it. And the other things that I have my clients do too when it comes to just like feeling like you're enough right now. So part of this is just strategically having an offer that is in alignment to you right now with the version you are that's enough. But the other part is the mindset part right is the embodiment part is really feeling in your body and knowing that you are freaking amazing enough right now. And what I have my clients do is actually like make lists of your accomplishments, or make lists of your clients. successes, or make a list of like your best assets right like actually take time and sit down and give your brain evidence of why you're already enough right like this in right now. Like I depending on what part of my life but I really am in this embodiment part with my business and how I show up with sales right and it's funny because I have a lot of my clients reflect that to me, they're like you just are the embodiment. This is just how I live it. And there are times when I also need to remind myself of like where I am or how far I've come and realign to that power that's within me. And I sit down and I do the work and I'm like wait today I feel a little bit out of it. I don't feel so like I don't feel this amazingness like I need to remind myself and then I go back and I look at my list and I look at I'm like oh yeah, that's great. I Yeah. So I feel like we're always going to be a work in progress. But when we can get to this place where we know that we are enough right now. Because we know that we're always going to be growing we know that we're always going to be going for more and that we can always align our offers and who were doing and who we're talking to and what we're doing in every single stage to make it feel so freakin good and powerful and
